LADYMITH, Wis. (WJMC) — At the Rusk County Fair today.
This morning is judging for horses, rabbits, and dairy and showmanship. Also this morning, Library story time, Chris Cold wildlife presentation and the AmVets’ Pie and Ice Cream Social.
This afternoon there is the NRCS Rainfall Simulator, a balloon artist on the midway, poultry judging, a free corn boil, Lego time with Karrie, face painting, pee-wee rodeo, and the AmVets’ ice cream social continues. Inflatables for kids from 10 a.m. until dark. Grandpa Cratchet entertains at Action Alley. Leather Mustang Band performs at 5 and 8:30 p.m.
The PRCA Rodeo at the grandstand is at 7 p.m. Grandstand tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for kids 7 to 15.
Fair gate fees are $8 a day or $20 for the weekend for adults. Veterans and youth, 6 and under are free.
