RICE LAKE, Wis. (WJMC) — An informational meeting Wednesday evening seeks public input on plans for a new park development on Rice Lake’s north side.
The meeting, from 5 until 7 p.m., will have a brief presentation and conceptual drawings for a new park along Lakeshore Drive, immediately east of the fairgrounds. The proposed Marshfield Clinic Health System Lakeview Heritage Park will have an outdoor amphitheater and band shell, seating for 23 hundred people, a playground, boat dock, fishing dock and pavilion.
At tonight’s meeting, the public can ask questions and provide input on what they would like to see in the park.
